Rosa was born and raised in Texas, and got her bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish at UT Austin. She went to college with the hopes of not becoming Christian (another story for later) and the aspiration to become a doctor, but emerged after 4 years, a Christian and not a doctor. Oh, the irony! :)

In 2017, Rosa and her husband, Wilson moved to Maryland to help plant a church at UMD. Then in 2021, they moved to Boston to help plant another church. Rosa is passionate about good food! Her specialty is taking a bunch of random ingredients and making something out of nothing!
